How to Easily Make Molds with Nicpro 20A Liquid Silicone!

Step 1: Assembly Molding Box

Align the protrusions and grooves of parts, secure with a binder, and fix on top of PVC film. Seal the bottom with hot glue.

Step 2: Mix 1:1 by Weight

Combine part A and part B in a 1:1 ratio by weight. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until well-mixed.

Step 3: Pouring

Slowly pour the stirred silicone liquid into the container to cover the main model. Working time is 30 minutes, and curing takes approximately 5 hours at 73°F.

Step 4: Demolding

Allow the silicone rubber to set for 3-5 hours at room temperature. Demold after 24 hours for best results.
